During my heating system inspection, I inspect
the heating equipment, normal operating controls, automatic safety controls, chimneys, flues, and vents. I inspect all solid fuel heating devices. I evaluate your
heat distribution systems (including fans, pumps, ducts, piping, supports, insulation, air filters, registers, radiators,
fan coil units, and convectors). I inspect for the presence of an installed heat
source in each room. Lastly I inspect the fireplaces and firelogs.
