Fees for inspecting these home is calculated on an hourly basis because it is often hard to determine exactly what I will run into until the inspection is in progress.  I will travel throughout much of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida to inspect a large home, so please call if the home is not in the Charlotte area.  I will provide you with an estimate range and do everything possible to keep the costs down.
