commercial and residential general contractor, licensed home inspector that has personally performed over two thousand five
hundred of inspections in the greater Charlotte, NC area, certified indoor environmentalist, and certified radon measurement
provider coupled with my knowledge of NC, IRC, & ICC building codes, the NC & SC standards of practice, and standards
of care and my ability to speak technical construction jargon to an audience in a manner that a lay person can understand
may provide your side with the support, technical knowledge, and approach needed to win your case.I have successfully testified on home inspectors behalf in court, supported home owners
in cases against builders/contractors/inspectors, been deposed in cases against builders and inspectors, helped home owners
in efforts to have the builder buy back their homes, and have been retained as an expert witness in a class action law suit.
