• Inspector Paul inspects the exterior doors and records the types of exterior doors.
• Inspector Paul inspects the windows and reports on the window types and manufacturer (if known).
• Inspector Paul inspects the Garage Doors and Garage Door Operators (if present).   We also record the opener manufacturer and garage door material.
• Inspector Paul inspects the homes decks, balconies, stoops, steps, areaways, porches, and applicable railings.
• Inspector Paul reports on the homes vegetation, grading, drainage, driveways, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
