It is extremely important that you inspector
thoroughly inspect the homes electrical system. I inspect the service entrance
conductors, service and grounding equipment, main overcurrent device, main panel and all sub panels. I inspect the connected devices and fixtures (ceiling fans, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, etc). I inspect all outlets for correct polarity, grounding, and GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit
Interruption) when necessary. I inspect all GFCI’s for correct operation. I inspect the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. I’ll notify you of the location of your main and sub panels.
